These Terms & Conditions govern your engagement with Clivoza ("Clivoza", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Clivoza provides service-based patient pipeline systems for cosmetic dental clinics, including setup, configuration, copy, automation, and weekly reporting work.
The Founding Package
The $1,497 founding package is a service and setup fee for The 60-Day Zero-Risk Patient Pipeline System. It covers complete setup, the first 60-day execution from Project Day 1, required tools for the first 60-day period, and up to $580 included Meta ad spend.
Project Day 1
Project Day 1 starts after kickoff and onboarding/access are completed. The 60-day target period does not start from the payment date and does not start from campaign launch.
What Is Not Guaranteed
Clivoza does not guarantee:
- Paying patients
- Treatment sales
- Clinic revenue
- Medical or treatment outcomes
Client Responsibilities
Delivery requires timely client cooperation, including:
- Access to required accounts (ads, website, domain, email, etc.)
- Approvals on offer, copy, and creative
- Booking availability for consultations
- Clinic staff response to patient enquiries
- Provision of required brand assets and information
Additional Costs
Ad spend beyond the included $580 campaign budget, paid WhatsApp Business API, SMS, custom domains, extra users, or premium tool upgrades are reviewed and approved separately if required.
Intellectual Property
Clivoza retains ownership of frameworks, templates, workflows, and proprietary materials. Client retains ownership of their brand assets and clinic data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clivoza's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement.
